#1 Sales Engagement Platform Provider Recognized for  Best CEOs for Women, Best Leadership Team, Best Companies for Professional Development

ATLANTA – July 1, 2019 – Salesloft, the provider of the #1 Sales Engagement Platform, announced today that it has been recognized for Best CEOs for Women, Best Leadership Team, and Best Companies for Professional Development by the 2019 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards. Each of these categories is a reflection of how confident employees are about the leaders at their companies. It also indicates their confidence in growth opportunities.

Winners of these awards were determined based on the following:

  • Best CEOs for Women: The Top 50 ranked CEOs are based solely on CEO approval ratings given by female employees.
  • Best Leadership Team: The Top 50 ranked Leadership Teams are based on sentiment ratings given by all employees about their CEO, executive/management team, and direct manager.
  • Best Companies for Professional Development: The Top 25 ranked companies are based on ratings given by all employees about their opportunities for career advancement; if they have a mentor at work; if they are challenged at work; and if they receive timely, consistent and valuable feedback on how to improve at work.
