Now the number you use to dial your customers can be consistent across every channel by configuring Salesloft to match your dialer caller ID to the number in your email signature (whether it’s your mobile or desk phone). Your prospects will see the same phone number with each touchpoint you attempt, reinforcing that there truly is a thoughtful, motivated human with their best interests in mind behind the messaging.
To activate Custom Caller ID, simply add the number you want to use in Salesloft’s phone settings. Once the system prompts you through verification steps, your chosen number will start to show up on caller ID for your dials.
