#1 Sales Engagement Platform Provider Recognized with a Comparably Award Reflecting Employee Confidence

ATLANTA - March 26, 2019 - Salesloft, the provider of the leading Sales Engagement Platform, announced today that it has been recognized with a Best Company Outlook ranking by the 2019 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards. The Best Company Outlook category is a reflection of how confident employees are about the future success of their company.

"When my co-founder Kyle Porter and I founded Salesloft we made a commitment to prioritizing shared values and organizational health," said Rob Forman, President and COO of Salesloft. "Our focus is on creating an environment where people can learn more, do more, and become more.”

Rankings for the Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably.com throughout the year. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com.

"Comparably's Best Outlook Award recognizes companies that have the best business and financial prospects, as rated by their own employees," said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. "These industry-leading organizations have teams that are incredibly excited and engaged about working for innovative leaders with a long-term strategy for success."

Winners of Best Outlook were determined based on a combination of two scores:

  1. Outlook, which measures responses to questions such as, “How confident are you about the future success of your company?” and “Are you typically excited about going to work each day?”
  2. eNPS score (employee Net Promoter Score), which measures responses to the question, “How likely are you to recommend working at your company to a friend?”

"We are devoted to our customers and to helping sales organizations deliver exceptional buying experiences. That’s not possible without balanced and fulfilled employees who have the opportunity to take their talents and skills and apply them to serve others," said Christine Kaszubski, Salesloft's Chief People Officer.
