Help sellers find relevant content, faster while making it easier to manage and measure different parts of your revenue organization with Group Hierarchies. Group Hierarchies simplifies the user experience and cuts down the time needed to find content and analytics specific to you, your team or your entire organization. Salesloft for Seismic**: Seismic customer? Now you can insert relevant, up-to-date content into any conversation with your customers and prospects. With this partnership, you now have personalized link tracking and better visibility into the performance of those assets.

Salesloft for Intercom by**: Intercom customers can stop tab switching between Salesloft and Intercom during customer chats and conversations. Salesloft for Intercom by brings Salesloft contacts right into the Intercom inbox.

Salesloft Mobile Contact Management: Make Salesloft contact updates on the go with the ability to add and edit contacts from Salesloft Mobile.

Account Metrics on Analytics Overview: Gain fast insight on which accounts are getting the most of your revenue team’s attention and which accounts are responding to these efforts. With Account Activity and Account Productivity, your Analytics Overview now provides additional insights into your account-based programs.

New Metrics in Analytics: Get a more complete view of your engagement approach with “Other” steps, integration steps, and detailed LinkedIn Sales Navigator steps now tracked in your Accounts, Cadences, and Team Performance Reports.

Conversation Intelligence Clips in Playlists: Isolate only the most important moments of conversations. Share and organize clips from recorded meetings into playlists.

Conversation Intelligence X-ray Filters**: Extract insights and coach your team more efficiently using X-ray Topics call and meeting filters. Define the X-ray Topics that are intuitive to you such as competitors, pricing, and common objections.

Accounts List | Filter by Last Contact Date: Ensure each account is getting the attention it deserves. Instantly see which accounts your team is actively engaging with by filtering by “Last Contacted Date” in the Accounts List.

Simplified Support Tickets: Salesloft acts as your Zendesk SSO for submitting tickets and accessing the Knowledge Base.

Calendar Disconnect Notification: Find out and fix it faster! If your calendar disconnects from Salesloft (e.g., your password changed), you’ll automatically receive a notification to reconnect.

Voice Links: Now it is easier to use 3rd party dialers. Make a call with your company dialer solution by easily connecting the dial button to open your 3rd party dialer. Log call activity in Salesloft with notes, disposition and sentiment, and advance cadence steps.

Person Activity Feed in Person Profile and Account Pages: Quickly understand past and future activities with any Person in Salesloft, on both the Person and Account pages.

Deal Gaps Filter**: Keep a closer eye on deals with gap filtering for your Opportunity Dashboard. Easily filter your pipeline view using customer gap analysis such as stalled deals, overdue tasks, or lack of deal activity. Drive action and improve win rates by identifying which deals need attention.

Pause Dialer Recordings**: Maintain customer privacy by easily pausing and restarting a recording. Use this capability when collecting sensitive information or at your contact’s request, resuming when ready.

Group Filter in Live Call Studio**: Observe and coach specific reps and teams with new group filtering.
